We provide FREE on orders over US$30, TRACKED AND INSURED SHIPPING on every order.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are shipped out directly from our warehouses and we will do everything to get your order to you asap!
Please allow for 1-3 business days to process and a further 7-10 business days for delivery. For customized products processing time may increase by maximum 1 or 2 business days to get the customized product ready.
DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Yes, we will send you a tracking number via email once your order ships. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, then please contact us.
If you don't see your order confirmation or shipping confirmation in your in box then please check your spam folder.

I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS BUT ONLY RECEIVED ONE. WHERE IS THE REST OF MY ORDER?
We work with multiple global partners, so it can happen that your items are shipped separately; this is to speed up delivery. Don’t worry, you will get the items that you ordered.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with fast track shipping and full tracking, if possible.
